North Carolina Locale Designated As The 'Richest Town' In The Entire State

Major towns like New York and Los Angeles are known for having high-income people living there, but not all people who like to spend a lot of money want to live in a city.

Many people choose to live in smaller places, usually outside of big cities, where they can make a home for themselves. You can find many nice areas in North Carolina with big homes, fancy cars, and nice restaurants. But can you guess which town was named the richest?

A list made by TitleMax says that Marvin, a village outside of Charlotte with an average family income of more than $206,469, is the “richest town” in all of North Carolina. Also, 51.3% of families make more than $200,000 a year, which makes them some of the richest in the country.

How did TitleMax figure out which town was the biggest in each state?

Even though the typical household income in the U.S. is $67,521, it’s not even close to the wealth in the country’s wealthiest neighborhoods, which can be found in almost every corner. A lot of people think that cities are where all the rich people are, but many people choose to live in small towns because they are safer, more beautiful, and more private. […] A lot of these are hidden closed communities that try to stay out of the public eye. TitleMax looked at statistics from the U.S. Census Bureau to show, state by state, which towns have the highest median household income in the United States.
