People who own a planned restaurant in downtown Mooresville say that the head cook has a Michelin star

In downtown Mooresville soon, there will be a classy breakfast place whose head chef worked for 10 years in Europe and Asia in restaurants with Michelin stars and other awards.

If you look in the front windows of 178 N. Main St. on Saturday, you can see signs that say Dark Bulls will open there.

Larger color pictures of croissants and sunny-side-up eggs were on the signs. The restaurant’s Instagram name, @Dark_Bulls_NC, was written on one of the signs.

The signs ask, “Hungry?” “Will be open soon.”

There is no date set for the opening.

When people asked about the business on Instagram, the owners, a couple with a private account, offered “an extraordinary menu and unique presentation for customers.” We will share it soon for sure.

The owners haven’t said what the chef’s name is or given any information about where the cook has worked before.

There was at least a small sign about the food on Instagram.
