In Moore County on Saturday night, a garage caught fire.
The fire broke out in Eagle Springs in the 500 block of Martin Road. As firemen worked to put out the fires, you could see flames shooting out of the garage. A number of gas tanks caught fire, which made things even more difficult for the firefighters.
There was also a lot of damage to a breezeway that led from the garage to a house from the fire. The house did get some damage from the heat and smoke, but firemen stopped the fire from spreading to the two-story house.
Everyone who lived in the house was able to get out safely, and no one was hurt during the event.
The fire’s cause is still being looked into.
