Not all of the big SNAP (Food Stamps) checks have been sent out yet in the US. The largest ones were sent to Alaska on September 1, 2024, but there are still more large amounts to be sent.

Hawaii is going to send you Food Stamps worth a lot of money if you are qualified for the most. Along with Hawaii, Guam is also getting a lot of SNAP funds.

Food Stamps in Hawaii, dates and eligibility

Hawaii will send out the next Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Programme payment on September 5, 2024, after the payment on September 3. Hawaii uses the first letter of the last name of people who get SNAP.

On September 5, people whose last name starts with a letter from J to Z will get Food Stamps. If you live in Hawaii and haven’t gotten your SNAP benefits yet, check your EBT card on the 5th.

Guam is also sending large SNAP benefits

People in Guam can get up to $430 in Food Stamps. It could be up to $291 if you live in one of the 48 contiguous states or the District of Columbia. So, your payment might be bigger based on how much inflation there is in your state or territory. Here are Guam’s pay dates:

  • If your SSN ends with a 4, you’ll receive benefits on the 4th of the month.
  • If your SSN ends with a 5, benefits will be available on the 5th of the month.
  • If your SSN ends with a 6, your benefits will be accessible on the 6th of the month.
  • If your SSN ends with a 7, benefits are available on the 7th of the month.
  • If your SSN ends with an 8, benefits will be provided on the 8th of the month.
  • If your SSN ends with a 9, your benefits will be available on the 9th of the month.
  • If your SSN ends with a 0, you’ll receive benefits on the 10th of the month.
