On two new payment dates, people in this state will be able to receive money. The Department of Revenue in Alaska’s Permanent Fund Dividend has changed when qualified recipients will get paid next in October.

In other words, you might still get money from PFD or other Basic Income Programs like the one in Boulder County, Colorado, even if you don’t get a stimulus check. People are still getting money from the 2023 PFD pot. But what about the PFD dates for 2024?

There you have it. If you want your money faster, it is always best to ask for a direct payment. Also, remember this date when you get your money. Alaskans will be able to apply for this PFD money starting January 1, 2025. You have until March 31, 2025, to send in your application.

You won’t get the Permanent Fund Dividend payment on October 3 if your status doesn’t say “Eligible-Not Paid” on September 20, 2024. Check it again on October 14, 2024 to see if you do.

Alaska’s Department of Revenue says your PFD payment will be sent to you on October 24 if you:

  • Are an eligible applicant
  • Filed by paper
  • Chose a paper check as your payment form
