To save money and energy, they are putting in new windows and solar panels. They are getting a lot of money from the government to do this, but many people with less money are not getting as much help.

Rich people don’t need the help as much, so this isn’t fair. They already have the money to make their homes use less energy. But people who are having a hard time might not be able to pay for these changes. The government should help those who need it the most, but it looks like they’re not.
