Clark County has already given its approval to the 31-acre spot that is being considered. It is located on Town Centre Drive.

The urgency for state support is heightened by Warner Bros. Discovery’s own plans to build a large studio complex on 34 acres, with an $8.5 billion investment contingent on receiving tax incentives. Both Sony and Warner Bros. want to see film tax credits grow.
