Disability insurance from Social Security (SSDI) helps a lot of Americans who have a qualified disability get monthly payments. A lot of people will get paid again on August 21.

 

If you get Disability Insurance but didn’t get the payouts on August 2 and 14, this is your payday. If your birthday is between the 11th and 20th of any month, this is also your payday.

 

If you also have a birthday in August, your last paycheck will be on the 28th. People must have been born between July 21 and July 31.

 

SSDI payments in September and October

People who began getting SSDI before May 1997 will get their money on September 3 and October 3. As long as you are getting both SSI and Disability Insurance at the same time, you can get your money on the third and second of each month.

 

Disability recipients who do not qualify for SSDI on September 3 and October 3 will get a Social Security check of up to $3,822 every second, third, and fourth Wednesday of the month.

  • Social Security on September 11 and October 9: born from 1-10
  • Social Security on September 18 and October 16: born from 11-20
  • Social Security on September 25 and October 23: born from 21-31

SSDI payments in November and December

In the same way, if you got SSDI before May 1997, your funds for November and December will come on November 1, 2024, and December 3, 2024. Also, if you get SSI, your pay day will be the same day (November 1 or December 3).

  • Disability Insurance on November 13 and December 11: birthday from 1-10
  • Disability Insurance on November 20 and December 18: birthday from 11-20
  • Disability Insurance on November 27 and December 25: birthday from 21-31

As for the SSDI amounts, on average payments can be about $1,538. If you have earned the taxable maximum for 35 years, filed as later as possible, and had jobs covered by SSA you can receive $3,822. If your payment is too low, you may be eligible for SSI or SNAP benefits.
