The 48 states that are next to each other, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and the District of Columbia all have their December SNAP payment plans ready. The November payments from most states have been sent in full or almost in full.
The Disaster Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program may be available in your state if you were hurt by a natural disaster.
Through November 28, 2024, only the states of Texas and Florida will continue to give out SNAP payments. After that, Food Stamps will be sent from December 1, 2024, to December 28, 2024.

SNAP amounts will differ
The highest amount of money that can be paid through SNAP is the same in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. You can get up to $1,756 if you are a family of eight thanks to the 2025 COLA, which began on October 1, 2024.
SNAP can give up to $536 to a family of two, and up to $768 to a family of three. If there are 4 of you living together, it could be up to $975. Someone can get up to $292.
