Nahomi Cittadini’s body was discovered along Interstate 95.

The Florida Highway Patrol said detectives got many calls of two persons arguing on I-95 just north of Ives Dairy Road shortly after 6 a.m. Saturday. When FHP arrived, they discovered Cittadini dead, with clothes next to her body.

Her body was discovered in the grass near the I-95 northbound lanes, according to graphic video footage from the incident. According to CBS News Miami, bits of clothes discovered close to Cittadini matched the color of the garment she wore in her Instagram story the night before she was discovered dead.

Miami-Dade Police homicide detectives were also dispatched to the scene and took up the investigation. Police said they were looking to see if neighboring traffic cameras had captured the incident, and they were given a handful of car descriptions as the inquiry progressed.

Later Saturday afternoon, police chased a black vehicle to Miramar and said over the radio that they suspected it was involved in a homicide. Pion was apprehended following an accident.
