SNAP recipients in Texas can also get Food Stamps on Thanksgiving Day. To receive them they must have an:
- Eligibility Determination Group number that ends in: 42-45, so Food Stamp benefits available on November 28th, (Thanksgiving).
- Eligibility Determination Group number that ends in: 50-53, so Food Stamp benefits available on November 28th, (Thanksgiving).
- Eligibility Determination Group number that ends in: 96-99, so Food Stamp benefits available on November 28th, (Thanksgiving).
The maximum amounts will be the same as in Florida.
