A Fayetteville woman was detained earlier this month and charged with setting fire to a house and attacking one of its residents with a knife.
Trussardi Anai Mason, 22, faces felony first-degree arson and criminal assault with a deadly weapon charges stemming from an incident on November 13.
According to court records, Mason allegedly set fire to a residence in the 1900 block of Culpepper Lane where she lived with the two owners.
According to the court papers, Mason awoke a sleeping roommate and attacked her with a knife, slashing her hand.
Mason was arrested around 1:20 a.m. on Nov. 14 and remained in Cumberland County Jail Wednesday on a bail of $500,000.
