Three teens were taken in connection with a shooting that killed someone.
On Saturday around 6 p.m., someone was shot at the Greenfield Apartment Complex in the Laurinburg area of Scotland County.
Kevonte McBride, who was 17 years old, later died at a hospital from his injuries.
A 15-year-old boy or girl was hurt. Before being arrested, he was also taken to a hospital to get better.
The teen who was hurt is being charged with first-degree murder and other crimes.
Two more teens—one aged 15 and the other 16—turned themselves in to police on Sunday and were also charged in connection with the theft.
The police are still looking into it and are trying to find out more.
