The most a person can get will be $292 after the 2025 COLA raise. If you are married and qualify, or if you live with two people, you could get up to $536.

Families with three people can get up to $768 in SNAP benefits, and families with four people living in the same house can get up to $975. It can be up to $1,756 for a family of eight, so that’s the biggest Food Stamp payment.
