Kansas City, MO – Police say the 23-year-old parent, who was later named as KaitIyn, was arrested and is now facing several charges, including first-degree abandonment of a child and first-degree endangering the welfare of a child for leaving her baby alone for an unknown amount of time. According to the police, the lady was found a few days after her baby was found alone.

The baby, who was 4 months old, was found crying and upset. The baby was taken to the hospital right away, where doctors saw that her face was bruised. The child was left alone for an unknown amount of time, and when police came, they couldn’t find anyone else in the house.

An employee from the Missouri Department of Social Services’ Children’s Division went to the woman’s house earlier this month as part of another investigation. This is when the investigation began.

The worker told the police that she heard a baby crying and knocked on the door for almost an hour before she called 911. The police who came to the scene asked the property manager to open the door so they could check on the crying child.

The baby was stuck between a mattress and the wall when the police arrived at the house. The kid also had a blanket over his head.

The child who was crying was in a diaper, which made me feel bad. According to reports, while the police were investigating, they found a note on the bedroom wall that said “went to go score be right back.” Police said that the child was taken away from the mother’s care. This event is still being looked into.
