SNAP benefits for October will start being sent out at the start of next month. That’s why, starting October 1, Food Stamps will be sent to millions of Americans. The COLA boost will be added to all payments except those made in Hawaii, where it is lessened.

Some states will give all qualified people in their states EBT cards with the exact amount on them on October 1. Florida and Texas are two states that can take up to 28 days to finish payment deliveries.
