The Settlement Details
The tuna companies didn’t say they did anything wrong, but they have surprisingly agreed to pay a big amount to settle the case. They will pay USD 3.6 million all together, but Lion Capital will only give USD 270,000. The financial load will be mostly taken on by StarKist.
