“GROUND GAME” WITH JORDAN BOSTICK

The Raiders went back and beat Myers Park 21–10 in Week 4, scoring all of their points without being matched in Friday’s home game.

Richmond counted on Bostick’s work out of the backfield a lot when they played the ground game. He ran 15 times with the ball, gaining 121 yards and scoring two scores.

Bostick ran for an average of 8.1 yards per carry and scored more running touchdowns than any other game in his career. He was only one run away from tying the high score he set in a single game the week before.

Bostick also caught a pass that went for 11 yards and helped the team win.

With 11:22 left in the fourth quarter, Bostick scored a touchdown on the ground from five yards out, giving Richmond a 14–10 lead.

In the last few minutes of the game, Bostick ran for a score from 32 yards out after Richmond’s defense picked off a pass. There was 1:28 left and the score was 21–10.

Friday at 7:30 p.m., Richmond (2-2) will play Southern Lee High School (2-1) in the first game of the Sandhills Athletic Conference season.
