Police have named the guy who was shot and killed in Oklahoma City on Tuesday afternoon.
OKC police say Arturo Martinez, who was 31 years old, was killed by a gunshot at a home on Southwest 18th Street near South Pennsylvania Avenue.
Reports from the police say that Martinez went to the house to settle a disagreement with a resident. While talking to that person, Martinez pulled out a gun and pointed it at that person in the head.
Police in Orange County said that someone else who saw Martinez pull out the gun got another gun and killed Mr. Martinez.
After talking to the person who shot Martinez, police said they were free to go while they continued their investigation.
