HAMLET — People can help the police with a shooting case from last month.
Investigators with the Hamlet Police Department say someone shot into a house on McLean Street around 1:55 a.m. on August 10 and hurt an adult woman who was living there.
The victim is said to have recovered by police.
The police department put pictures of a car that they think is a white Dodge Challenger on its Facebook page on September 5. The car was linked to the shooting.
