(WGHP) — The Piedmont will have nice weather again on Wednesday.

Wednesday will be partly cloudy and nice. Highs in the afternoon will be in the lower 80s, and morning highs will be in the mid to upper 50s.

In the meantime, Francine should hit land as a storm in Louisiana on Wednesday during the day. Before the storm hits, clouds will start to move into the Piedmont. That means Thursday will have mostly cloudy skies and highs in the upper 70s.

On Friday, Francine will weaken into a tiny low over the Mississippi River valley. In the Piedmont, expect cloudy skies with a few rain drops here and there. The high temperature on Friday will be in the mid-70s, and there is a 40% chance that it will rain.

The weather will stay rough because of what’s left of Francine: It will be cloudy and rainy on Saturday, and the high temperature will be in the middle 70s. There is a 40% chance that it will rain.

On Sunday, highs will be in the upper 70s and clouds will stay around. There is a 30% chance that it will rain.

Monday: It will be partly cloudy, with highs in the upper 70s and a 25% chance of rain.

There is a 30% chance of rain on Tuesday, and it will stay cloudy with highs in the upper 70s.
