NewRepublic says that The Supreme Court has made a big choice. They turned down the SAVE plan to help people with college loans. This plan was made to help students who owe a lot of money. The court said the president didn’t have the right to make the plan, so it can’t happen.

President Biden came up with the plan. It was created to assist students who are unable to settle their debts. The Government said that a lot of students would be able to pay less each month. But some states didn’t agree with the idea. They said the president shouldn’t have gone without first being asked by Congress.
